Job Description:

As a Technician at MasTec Advanced Technologies, you'll be responsible for providing and installing cutting-edge home technologies, such as satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while recommending and setting up the best technologies to meet customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting directly with customers to assess their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Installing and configuring home technologies accurately and efficiently.
• Upholding manufacturer's safety requirements while working with equipment and climbing ladders.
• Working independently and multitasking effectively in various environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• Continuously learning and staying updated on the latest technologies to provide the best service.

Pay: Up to $22 an hour or more

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize customer service and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Proficiency in multitasking and working autonomously.
• Capacity to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in uncomfortable positions.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
