Job Description:

This position is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator / Mechanic to operate various heavy machinery, perform minor maintenance, and assist mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment (wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.)
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance
• Clean assigned equipment
• Work alongside mechanics
• Complete other tasks assigned by management
• Work overtime and weekends

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in soil moving and processing operations
• Experience operating heavy equipment (wheel loader, dozer, excavator, skid steer loader)
• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical ability preferred
• Good work ethic and self-motivated
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
