Dreamers Recovery Support Clubhouse serves members ages 13-17 who are experiencing difficulties with drug and/or alcohol use. We provide education around drug use and related issues, support with schoolwork, support with gaining employment, and activities that promote whole health and provide a fun alternative to use. Dreamers Clubhouse is culturally inclusive by providing services in both English and Spanish in order to serve the community.

Under supervision, learns to plan, organize, or manage the activities of social service or community programs. Oversees the program or organization's policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages facilities and equipment in order to present a safe, valued, positive, and attractive program environment for clients and staff.Utilizes Carelogic to monitor and track client activities.Manages budget based on program needs. Responsible for conducting team meetings to notify team of agency pertinent agency/DBHDD information. Assures that program participants receive the appropriate attention to their needs and service guidelines.Directs the development of service plans for each client by members of an interdisciplinary team. Recommends hires, trains, and evaluates performance of subordinate staff. Utilizes coaching and involves subordinates in the identification and solution of program issues and the implementation of required program changes. May develop, implement, and evaluate in-service training for staff.Prepares and submits required reports based on program needs. Coordinates services and maintains working partnerships with other service providers in the agency and in the community to optimize resources available to the client. Schedules staff coverage to ensure adequate coverage for all functions during working hours.Participates in the hiring of staff; provides supervision to direct reports; completes performance assessments and coaches staff with performance improvement.Responsible for responding to client complaints and proactively intervening to prevent complaints.Provides assistance and problem resolution to clients, staff and internal & external partners, and other agencies.Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Note:Bilingual: English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Addictions Counselor in the state of Georgia- (or nearing completion of certification process)At least 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents.2 years of management/supervisory experience a plus

Requirements/Competencies:
Must be able to lift 20 pounds.Requires long periods of sitting/standing.Must have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
