The Role: VIP/ FOH Talent Relationship Manager focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and optimizing operational performance. Responsible for overseeing daily operations with an emphasis on VIP service, curating an energetic and engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities encompass cultivating a positive culture, enhancing team performance, and strategically driving sales while effectively managing costs.

What will you do:
VIP Services and Marketing Initiatives:

Enhances VIP guest services from pre-event coordination to post-event follow-up, ensuring precision in ticketing, seating, and special requests.
Cultivates enduring relationships with VIP clients, consistently exceeding their expectations.
Guides the FOH team in delivering efficient and courteous service during events, managing ticketing, seating, and crowd control to elevate the overall guest experience.
Coordinates VIP program operations, collaboratively closing open tabs at the end of each event.
Proactively addresses and resolves issues during events, maintaining a positive atmosphere and surpassing high customer service levels.
Develops and implements strategies to enhance the VIP guest journey, exploring innovative technologies and personalized services.

Management and Exceptional Guest Experience:

Oversees all aspects of personnel within the F&B department, handling hiring, training, and discipline.
Cultivates a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and individual growth.
Provides comprehensive training to VIP area food service staff, ensuring thorough menu knowledge and consistent exceptional service.
Solicits feedback from VIP guests on culinary experiences, leveraging input to continuously enhance and innovate VIP food and beverage services.
Devotes efforts to create indelible and positive experiences for all guests, consistently surpassing expectations.

Operational Efficiency, Controls, and Marketing Initiatives:

Collaborates with the finance team to analyze financial reports, implementing cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
Collaborates across departments to ensure cohesive operations, delivering a unified guest experience.
Ensures adherence to Belmont Park Entertainment's policies and local, state, and federal laws regarding F&B operations.
Manages precise documentation for VIP operations, team management, financial transactions, and legal compliance.
Works collaboratively with HR and legal teams to guarantee the completeness and timely updating of all required documentation.
