Description
Williams Form Engineering has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer/Applications Specialist. This position can be initially based out of our offices in either San Diego, CA, Belmont, MI, or Golden, CO.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle technical aspects for complex projects
Review project plans and perform quantity takeoffs
Review submittals
Analyze test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications
Plan and develop product design calculations
Assist in the field by providing technical support
Interface with clients and Engineers to assist in problem resolution
Qualifications:
Civil or Construction Engineering degree required
Project Management and Construction related field experience required
Experience with soil nail, micropile, and ground anchor design & installation techniques is required
Knowledge of Geotechnical, Structural and/or Mechanical Engineering principles is required
Possess or working toward obtaining Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
MathCAD and AutoCAD skills are desired
Proficient use of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation required
US Citizen or Green Card holder
