About the Opportunity

Enterprise Telemetry has an immediate opening for Dynatrace Engineer positions to implement Dynatrace requests and onboard customers for Cloud, Colo and on-prem environments.

Enterprise Telemetry and Logging provides end-to-end observability capabilities for FRS applications hosted in Cloud, Colo and on-prem. We work with state-of-the-art technologies that are part of the next generation monitoring and logging ecosystem, which includes Dynatrace, AWS Native Monitoring Services, Grafana & Enterprise Logging. You will work cross-functionally with Product Owners, Architects, Design Engineers, Developers and Business Analysts in a rapidly evolving environment to make this happen.

What You Will Do:

• Configure Dynatrace Enterprise monitoring & alerting patterns for National IT hosted applications and services in our Cloud, Colo and on-prem environments.


• Support and maintain the Dynatrace platform.


• Partner with business and peers in the pursuit of telemetry solutions that achieve business goals.


• Onboard customers to the Dynatrace platform and help enable or release new features and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring techniques and solutions (application performance, infrastructure, log, synthetic and real user monitoring.


• Experience configuring Enterprise Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic or Splunk.


• Possess knowledge of general IT infrastructure, networking and distributed application architecture.


• General understanding of the AWS deployment model and services.


• Scaled Agile (SAFe) Program Experience


• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM solutions.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Independent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.


• Experience with infrastructure programming via API (JSON, YAML, REST).


• Experience with Ansible or similar orchestration and automation solutions.

• The hiring range is $73,600 – $101,200 annually.


• For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.


• Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
