This is a hands-on supervisory position, and you will be expected to provide and support the team with system implementations, support, monitoring, and maintenance.
You will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability, ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization and security. You will also be responsible for implementing and supervising the LAN/WAN and servers and responding to alarms promptly to prevent client impact and performance degradation.
Assist team members in deploying physical and virtual servers, complete assigned incident management tasks and be responsible for providing tier III and other support per service requests.
Some of our technical stack includes Enterprise applications and Systems: Active Directory, VMware Server Management Software - vCenter VMware Horizon (VDI Software Solutions for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), VMware vSphere for servers, Intune, and PowerShell Scripting!!!
