Responsibilities
Productionize a novel manufacturing process
Work with production floor staff for continuous improvement
R&D on custom SLA ceramic reins
Scale material and process to production volumes
Development of process
Printing, cleaning, debinding, sintering
Quality control of resin/parts
Diagnose and solve production issues
Experience
3 years experience in material development, formulation, or process engineering
Degree in Material Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or evidence of exceptional ability
Experience in both R&D and production environments
Experience procuring equipment and working with suppliers
Experience with materials characterization
Strong materials science fundamentals
