RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Video and Media Producer in Boston, MA.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Video and Media Producer specializing in B2B content. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content for social media, web, and product demonstrations. The Video and Media Producer will utilize motion expertise to enhance video narratives. You will also manage video assets and collaborate with teams to align content with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video and Media Producer will produce and edit videos for B2B content, including product demos


• Develop and execute a video strategy to build a library of impactful content


• Incorporate motion graphics to elevate video quality


• Manage video asset organization and accessibility


• As a Video and Media Producer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with brand messaging


• Stay updated on industry trends in video production and digital media

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in video production experience focused in B2B


• Experience creating Video and Media for a variety of platforms such as social media, web, etc.


• Expertise in asset creation and management


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft 365


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Experience in cybersecurity a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
