Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Marketing Operations Business Analyst.

Summary:
The team is looking for a Marketing Operations Business Analyst to support reporting as well as process improvement within the space. This resource will support both Online and Offline Media Campaign groups which will be primarily focused on brand pages, campaigns and activation. Additionally, we are looking for a resource who can help consolidate Excel trackers into Smartsheet for reporting purposes as well as an individual who can make recommendations on processes/make improvements to current processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Smartsheets

Additional skills:

• Candidates with Marketing Agency background are preferred


• Understanding of Media metrics/KPI


• Experience with Microsoft Suite


• Experience with Excel and Smartsheets


• Process improvement experience; Most processes are manual and would like to automate some of these processes/improve upon them


• Familiarity with Workfront, Salesforce, and PIO for pulling information


• Requires excellent relationship and vendor management skills; Both External and Internal stakeholder management


• Strong time management abilities


• Adaptability


• Go Getter personality


• Detail-oriented


• Willingness to dive into the weeds and understand a problem and recommend improvements


• Experience with process documentation


• Experience with auditing process documentation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
