Job Description:

Ricoh is seeking a Service Team Lead to join its passionate and purpose-driven team. The Service Team Lead will manage and support a team of service technicians to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of product service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving service goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of service technicians, ensuring the delivery of timely, cost-effective, and quality product service to end-user customers.
• Maintain a high level of external customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to improve technicians' skills through training and territory management.
• Organize resources and work assignments for maximum efficiency and job enrichment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
• Promote Ricoh solutions and maintain positive relationships with customers and other functional groups.
• Monitor service profitability by managing parts consumption and departmental expenses.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new Technology Service Technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or college-level courses in business management preferred; a 4-year college degree is desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience required.
• Current valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
