Job Description:

As a Production Team Member at Pella Corporation, you'll be part of an assembly team responsible for constructing windows and doors. This role offers growth opportunities within the organization, allowing you to develop both as an individual contributor and as a leader.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform various assembly tasks, potentially rotating to new tasks with different physical requirements.
• Operate equipment and tools according to production orders, ensuring close control and adjustment.
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of pre-employment tests.
• Ability to repetitively lift 80-100 lbs.
• Strong teamwork skills with effective communication in a polite and respectful manner.
