Kavaliro has partnered with a technology corporation seeking a Contract HR Generalist.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in the success of our human resources department by providing support in various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits inquiries
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and coaching
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
