Fred Beans Family of Dealerships is currently looking for a Parts Counterperson in Doylestown PA!

The Parts Counterpersonwill assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained the first time.

Hours: M-F 7:30am-5 PM Saturday 7am-3pm

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely mannerMirror matches parts for the assistance of TechniciansCosts parts on invoiceCoordinates with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are metStocks incoming product and tracks inventoryHandle some retail customers at our parts counter.Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in
