Property Senior/Staff Accountant at Roth Staffing Companies in Deerfield Beach, Florida

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly dedicated Property Staff/Senior Accounant to join our growing team.



This opportunity will have the ability to grow into a Senior and Management level role in the future



Responsibilities include:

* Assisting with all bank and credit transactions
* Processing GL's
* Vendor billing
* Adjustments to entries
* Assist management with special projects
* GAAP
* Day to day accounting - AP/ AR
* Maintaining payment methods and collections
* Budgetting
* Petty cash



Qualifications:

* Former property management experience required
* Former property management accounting software experience such as - Yardi, TOPS, Enumerate, etc. OR advanced experience in QuickBooks
* Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Math or relelvant required
