BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst opportunity in Redmond, WA.
Position Title: Data Analyst
Location: Redmond, WA
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $50 to $55

Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years applicable experience required in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- Disqualifiers: N/A
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:
- Experience with Power Bi, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Excel
- Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
- Proficiency in Power BI for report development and visualization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of Work
