Position: UKG Analyst, HR Technology

Essential Accountabilities:
• Lead the implementation of UKG solutions for clients, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Configure UKG solutions according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing of UKG solutions to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process, ensuring they can effectively utilize UKG solutions post-deployment.
• Create comprehensive documentation including project plans, configuration specifications, and user guides to support the implementation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams including consultants, developers, and support staff to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce management, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Experience:
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
