Responsibilities:
Installation and operations of virtualized servers, network devices, and telephone environment in alignment with global IT architecture.
Installation and support for desktops, notebooks, and printers.
Implementation and support for Office applications.
Support for the implementation and maintenance of standard applications.
Data safety / security for local systems (backup/ restore).
Commitment to and compliance with global IT policies.
End-user training and 1st level support for above environment
Remote Support for locations in the US in Plymouth, MN and Waterford, MI and other locations which we may add in the future (and maybe in Canada)Follow-the-sun support during non-business hours in Europe
