1.- 5 to 10+ years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required. Jira users. Agile experienced. Providing Business As Usual IVR call flow change support. New call flow build support. Mentoring/Coaching others team members. Elevated troubleshooting experience.

5 plus years experience with non-voice Genesys Contact Center developer experience with predictive routing, engagements, so-browse, screen sharing, and/or agent assist development experienced. Nice to have Visio call flow design experienced reading and creating.

2 + years of non-voice Genesys Contact Center developer experience with predictive routing, engagements, so-browse, screen sharing, and/or agent assist development experienced. Nice to have Visio call flow design experienced reading and creating. Quick learner of these new channels
