Annuity New Business Case Manager

Job Summary:

The Annuity New Business Case Manager is responsible for processing, tracking, and managing applications for insurance policies that are submitted through M&O Marketing. This responsibility encompasses all aspects of case management, documentation, communication, and follow-up regarding these applications until completion and subsequent commissions are paid.

Essential Job Functions (included, but not limited to):

1) Building and maintaining positive relationships with M&O's staff, M&O's insurance agents and financial advisors, the staff of M&O's insurance agents and advisors, and M&O's vendors and insurance carriers.

2) Inbound and outbound customer-service calls and emails with M&O staff, agents/advisors, vendors, and insurance carrier.

3) Take ownership of all pending annuity cases in terms of managing, tracking, and consistently keeping the agents up to date on the status of their respective cases.

4) Correspond with carrier new business departments, general agencies, financial institutions, and vendors to obtain information about annuity cases and resolve outstanding requirements while building effective and lasting relationships with M&O's agents/advisors.

5) Effectively communicate M&O's New Business policies, procedures, and guidelines internally and with M&O's agents/advisors.

6) Assist agents/advisors with online application submission systems.

7) Follow up with financial institutions to track the transfer process from that company to the accepting annuity company and following-up and updating the agent/advisor regarding that process.

8) Asking agents/advisors for the next piece of business.
