Job Description: As the Market Assistant CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial operations. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hospital's mission and goals. Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices. Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Supervision and Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  6. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue cycle management, cost containment, and financial performance across the organization.
  7. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, executives, and external partners. Collaborate with affiliated hospitals to drive synergies and maximize financial resources.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is required.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a financial management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  3. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  4. Experience working with multiple hospitals or healthcare facilities is highly desirable.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to drive results, manage change, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  7. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
