We are currently looking for a full time Program Director at our Mobile Unit location.
PURPOSE: RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLINICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE
FUNCTIONS OF THE SITE
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative and clinical oversight of CODAC locations
Supervision and monitoring of all front-office and billing functions to insure compliance with all Federal, State and CODAC policies
Insure compliance with Federal, State and CODAC guidelines related to administrative and clinical policies
Review of client records (i.e. quality of care, QA standards, State and Federal criteria and CODAC policy and procedures) to assure compliance
Staff orientation and training, staff scheduling and staff evaluations
Program development, including recognition development needs, determining community and patient demographics, identification of physical support and staffing costs, and grant writing
Participate in Directors' Meeting, Treatment Team Meeting and other committee activities as assigned
Monitor treatment utilization and effectiveness
Develop community support, education and outreach
Document all services, in the patient record, to reflect Health Home Services
Obtain and sustain Motivational Interviewing proficiency
Participate in Performance Improvement activities
Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree and 3 - 5 years' experience in supervisory capacity and/or relevant experience in administrative areas
