Global Financial Institution is looking for an Infrastructure PM. PMP and CSM preferred. 1 year contract.
Responsibilities: • Manage an assigned set of medium to large scale IT Infrastructure projects. • Maintain focus on project risks and interdependencies across the life cycle, making contingency plans to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget, schedule, and scope. • Engage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units / application areas for problem solving, short-and long-term technology solutions, and risk mitigation activities. • Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary. • Display strong organizational skills with diligence evidenced through sound analytical skills. • Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting. • Assist in preparing presentations and presents to leadership and stakeholders. • Ability to work across organizations and through obstacles.
Qualifications: • 5+ years' experience in managing multiple medium-to-large scale IT Infrastructure projects / programs collaborating with cross functional teams in the financial services industry. • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder • Outstanding collaborative skills and ability to interface across organizational levels and cultures. • Ability to develop and leverage relationships. • Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment. • Capable of executing short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans
