Responsibilities:
Provide second-level technical support to end-users, swiftly addressing inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for employees.
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement within the department.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all levels of employees, including customers, peers, and leadership.
Create, maintain, and update documentation and checklists to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.
Qualifications:
Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
4+ years of technical support experience in a professional setting.
Willingness to travel to other sites and work after hours when necessary.
Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction, demonstrated through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve business problems effectively.
Proficiency in M365, Windows Server and Desktop OS's, VMWare ESX, Horizon View, HyperV, Azure, InTune, and SQL Server.
Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
Thorough understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
Familiarity with asset management and deploying, implementing, and managing 3rd party antivirus/anti-malware software.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance preferred.
