We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a focus on Cloud Optimization, specifically in Disaster Recovery (DR) Optimization and Financial Operations (FinOps) Implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Cloud Optimization initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the realization of associated benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Cloud Optimization initiative, with a specific focus on DR Optimization and FinOps Implementation.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout project implementation to ensure successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Maintain meticulous project schedules and plans, proactively addressing any deviations and ensuring project progression.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business requirements.
Utilize your technical acumen and expertise in IT Infrastructure to facilitate project progression and overcome technical challenges.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring effective communication and interpersonal relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10-14 years of combined experience in IT Infrastructure and Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, specifically in DR Optimization and FinOps.
Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility to accommodate outage windows and cutovers, as necessary for project execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
