Shift Pattern: From Tuesday to Saturday | 9:00am to 6:00pm
Pay Rate: $32,000 yearly + Hilton's competitive uncapped bonus structure

A Site and Beach Club Membership Sales Manager analyses local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Constantly seeks for new potential Club members for the Hotel.
What will I be doing?
AsSite and Beach Club Membership sales Manager, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential customers/visitors and customized theirexperience based on their needs, Site inspection include visiting guest rooms, meeting space and banquet facilities, as well as other hotel facilities. Potential client and visitors include and are not limited tomeeting planners, travel advisors, fam trips, press trips and visits, and walk-ins among others. Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and the hotel/operations for all site inspection requests.
Club Membership responsibilities, including new members, m arketing, maintaining club member list update, e-mail blast update, promotions, flyers and other activities for the Club Membership. Coordinate, organize and create special event for Club Members. Attract and recruit new club members monthly, with an approximate goal to recruit 4-8 new members.
Assist in the operation of beach, pool, facilities area and staff management.
As requested,write proposals and/or contracts to advise prospective groups for meeting space and/or banquet date, space and rate availability for group accommodations. Develop and quote prices for same.
Qualify customer, either inquiry related or driven by solicitation, for strategic buying needs and uncover personal buying needs.
Responsibly represent the hotel through outside visits to potential customers, making proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers to solicit, explain, negotiate and close hotel sales.
Represent hotels in significant interactions dealing with customers relative to sales and operational questions, concerns, and issues.
Travel and engage in sales activities outside of the Hotels to meet with and entertain customers and prospective customers.
Handle special requests for customers and sales managers while on property and check VIP reservation arrivals/amenity orders daily.
Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities.
