Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of medium to large teams, ensuring contract compliance in various services.
• Prioritize projects, foster a high-performing team environment, and demonstrate expert knowledge of Ricoh's products and offerings.
• Staffing, performance management, employee retention, and training and development of assigned personnel.
• Drive business retention, customer service, team performance, and profitable growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve issues to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions and initiatives.
• Conduct site reporting, customer presentations, and business reviews to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
