As a Senior Field Representative, you'll specialize in servicing and repairing a variety of office products, providing technical support, managing territory, and driving revenue opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Specialize in servicing and repairing complex office products, providing technical support to other technicians as needed.
  • Territory Management: Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships, executing territory management and call handling procedures effectively.
  • Training and Development: Conduct on-the-job training and technical seminars, demonstrating expertise and acting as a positive influence within the team.
  • Customer Service: Handle difficult customer situations, communicate on unresolved technical problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including maintaining inventory and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Technical school completion and 3+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
  • Industry Certification and sustained performance at or above expectations for at least 2 years.
  • Valid state driver's license and auto insurance coverage as per Ricoh policy.
  • Excellent working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and electronics.
  • Expert knowledge of assigned equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow up to ensure issue closure.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and relevant publications.
