Print Production Specialist at Ricoh performs various operations functions, including operating high-volume duplicating and production equipment, handling mail and faxes, providing copier maintenance, and performing receptionist duties as needed. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume/production copy machines, perform binding and finishing work.
Ensure proper functioning of convenience copiers, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and escalate technical problems.
Set up equipment as required by the customer and perform scanning/imaging tasks.
Maintain records, inventories, and logs for management reports.
Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail.
Respond to service calls, calculate job charges, and deliver completed jobs to designated locations.
Maintain copier areas, perform shipping and receiving duties, and assist with meeting room setups.
Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and occasional overtime or weekend work.
Utilize various equipment and technology including copiers, fax machines, postage meters, and PC software.
Understand and promote Ricoh's services portfolio and technology.
Capture data for Ricoh reports and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, with 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
Some experience in copy jobs is advantageous.
Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite, is necessary.
