Fantastic Bucks County firm has an immediate need for a mid-level associate. Working on a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts, to represent and defends school districts in all aspects of litigation involving claims for civil rights violations, general liability matters, and labor and employment issues, such as employment discrimination, retaliation, and violations of federal laws, including the Family Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act.
Defends school districts, boards and directors against First and Fourteenth Amendment claims involving novel and complex legal issues.
Ideal candidate will have Education Law experience, but firm will also consider candidates with civil rights, employment discrimination, HRC, EEOC experience.
