Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities
As the Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of
our retail cannabis store. Your responsibilities include:
Leadership and Operations:
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for various
dispensary functions, including inventory management, check-in
processes, and security protocols.
Manage dispensary staff, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding,
conducting performance evaluations, training, and ongoing education.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.
Liaise with law enforcement, local and state officials, vendors, and the local community.
Policy Implementation:
Implement company policies and ensure staff adhere to best practices.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial transactions and operations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory managers for counts, adjustments, returns, and transfers.Team
Development:
Develop a professional team that is passionate about medical cannabis and recreational cannabis.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage growth and engagement among team members.
Additional Qualifications (a plus):
OSHA 10/30 Certification: Having OSHA certification demonstrates your commitment to safety and compliance.
2+ Years of Dispensary Management Experience: Previous experience in managing a cannabis dispensary or a comparable retail environment is highly valued.
