This position is a Full-Time role with varied days/shifts (plus additional hours as needed). Candidates living within a commutable distance of Madison, WI, are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilites Include (but are not limited to):
Demonstrates and promotes the company's vision
Regular attendance and punctuality
Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
Learn sample accession tasks, including opening, entering, tracking, labeling, and disposing of samples.
The position will be introduced to food, dietary supplements, and Micro samples for entry
Learn to Coordinate with Client Service Coordinators to establish or update customer service procedures, with guidance, as appropriate.
Learn to communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel and assist with problem-solving
Learns to handle internal customer inquiries, solve problems with assistance, and contact internal clients for clarification as needed
Assists group with analysis of CAIRs and CAPAs as assigned
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Include:
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information
This is a full-time position with hours consisting of 9:00 am- 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
