Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Citrix Systems Engineer in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

• POC for overall management and coordination for all work under this task with focus on Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, and VMWare; Supports Tier 3 Service D


• Citrix Systems Engineer will create and maintain knowledge base, configuration, and support documentation


• Create documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts detailing automation and orchestration processes


• As a Citrix Systems Engineer, you will deliver cross-training to staff on specialized technology products; Provide input to various daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a government environment


• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by a work history reflecting ability to work well in a team


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language


• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality


• Excellent administrative skills: organized, efficient, and versatile

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
