Senior Director, Facility Services to $195K - Work in Real Estate!



Our client, a top tier commercial real estate company, is seeking a Senior Director of Facility Services to join their team. In this role, the Senior Director will manage and oversee all areas of tenant building maintenance and be involved in technology and construction support. Specific responsibilities include developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, effectively managing competing proprieties, vendor coordination, working closely with janitorial staff and contractors to ensure proper follow through of maintenance projects, maintenance recordkeeping, arranging communication with tenants, and more. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years of technical facilities work experience or equivalent. Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and experience working in a life sciences laboratory setting is preferred.
