Position Title: Greek Order Entry Data Clerk- Warwick, RI

Location: 150 Herff Jones Way, Warwick, RI 02888

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm/7:30am-4:00pm; Overtime is mandatory during peak season (November-December, March-May).

Starting Pay for position: $ 20.00 per hour

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

The Herff Jones Jewelry team, based in Warwick, RI is looking for Order Entry Data Clerk to join our Customer Service team.

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for processing Greek business orders from customers and insuring the completeness, timeliness, processing, and correctness of orders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS:

• Pull web orders from HJ Greek website; pull orders from Greek orders email.
• Edit/format customer order spreadsheets.
• Enter orders into JMAS platform.
• Document and provide engraving instructions and corresponding labels to production.
• Verify product code is active. If not active, inform assigned Greek OE Lead.
• Provide accurate manufacturing specifications to production team.
• Updates and produces various daily reports.
• Report daily receipts and entered orders.
• Assists with sample inventory as assigned.
• Assist with filing of orders and invoices.
• Performs various other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma/ GED equivalent.
• Must be able to do the above tasks in a safe, clean and timely manner.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Strong communication skills
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to work overtime and on Saturdays during busy seasons.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
• Ability to work well with people having different ethnic, social, or educational backgrounds; understand the cultural differences of different groups.
• Must be experienced in typing, using a calculator, using a copier machine plus other basic clerical skill (Alpha + Numeric Filing).
