Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and motivate up to 7 unit managers to improve their team's selling skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Participate in team members' recruitment and selection process to ensure proper staffing levels to achieve target goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to the managers and teams, improving accountability, culture engagement, and professional development.
  • Design and deliver effective sales training programs, ensuring managers have the necessary tools and knowledge to improve KPIs and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute quarterly strategic plans through managers to achieve and exceed district sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings and in-person unit visits that get results and boost team morale to ensure meeting brand and operational standards.
  • Manage and optimize the district's operational budget to maximize resources and drive unit profitability.
  • Analyze sales performance data, identify cost-saving measures, and implement strategies to enhance the bottom line and profitability.
  • Prepare and present weekly sales reports and performance updates from unit visits to the franchisee.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple European Wax Center units, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent work experience managing a district of no less than five units.
  • Experience in multi-unit management with a combined volume of $5 million or greater.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience building and leading strong management teams and improving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience in the Health/Wellness/Beauty industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district (up to a 300-mile radius).
