Key Responsibilities:
Hire, coach, and motivate up to 7 unit managers to improve their team's selling skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Participate in team members' recruitment and selection process to ensure proper staffing levels to achieve target goals.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to the managers and teams, improving accountability, culture engagement, and professional development.
Design and deliver effective sales training programs, ensuring managers have the necessary tools and knowledge to improve KPIs and customer loyalty.
Develop and execute quarterly strategic plans through managers to achieve and exceed district sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Conduct weekly manager meetings and in-person unit visits that get results and boost team morale to ensure meeting brand and operational standards.
Manage and optimize the district's operational budget to maximize resources and drive unit profitability.
Analyze sales performance data, identify cost-saving measures, and implement strategies to enhance the bottom line and profitability.
Prepare and present weekly sales reports and performance updates from unit visits to the franchisee.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple European Wax Center units, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent work experience managing a district of no less than five units.
Experience in multi-unit management with a combined volume of $5 million or greater.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience building and leading strong management teams and improving operational excellence.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Experience in the Health/Wellness/Beauty industry is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the assigned district (up to a 300-mile radius).
