NPMG is growing!! We are looking for a talented, self-driven Customer Success Associate (CSA). CSAs are responsible for communicating with current clients, organizing client materials, client onboarding, quarterbacking market distribution strategies, and maintaining a consistent client experience.
The right candidate possesses strong communication, leadership, project management, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing information and tracking the many details involved in sales, operations, and client relationship management and is also able to think through complex problems.
What you'll do:
Work cross functionally with our Sales and Production teams
Develop client relationships and understanding of their business needs
Organize and drive territory specific administrative tasks
Onboard new clients into the NPMG Advertising System
Collaborate with Sales on territory specific strategies
Provide exceptional customer service
Grow renewal rates and reduce client churn
Support clients as their first line of communication via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts
Coordinate client resolution of service related incidents
What you'll bring:
1+ years' experience as CSA or similar role
Ability to identify, grow and retain engaged clients
High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a changing environment
Focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and handle a lot on your plate
Ability to work with sales partners to help cultivate client growth or resolution
