Job Title: Customer Service Representative II
Location: Alexandria, MN
Pay Range: $45000 - $55000
What's the Job?
Processing incoming orders
Communicate with customers to meet expectations
Verifying product availability
Providing customers with quotations
Evaluate and resolve customer issues including product returns: identify and recommend process and product improvements
What's Needed?
Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
Technical Skills, effective written and oral communication skills
Expert in at least one industrial product line: (power transmission, hose or belting product lines.
Ability to define and resolve issues
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
