Job Description:

Senior Director, Geek Squad Service Center

As a Senior Director of the Geek Squad Service Center, you’ll oversee planning, staffing, budgeting and successful services operations. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and activities of multiple functional areas and teams. This role is collaborative and achieves success through building a culture focused on delivering exceptional customer and client experiences. In this role, you’ll work with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, including officers, executives, vendor partners, clients and employees.

This role takes place onsite at Geek Squad city, our 240,000-square-foot repair center in Brooks, Kentucky.

What you’ll do


  • Set clear expectations and mobilize team to achieve company goals

  • Provide work direction, feedback and coaching

  • Lead effort to attract and retain high caliber and diverse talent required to accommodate immediate and long-term growth


  • Oversee large, complex and cross-functional projects to address critical business issues

  • Anticipate projects and complete them with a twelve- to twenty-four-month lead time

  • Ensures alignment of the functional strategy, goals and priorities with enterprise strategy

Basic qualifications

  • 10 years of leadership experience

  • 12 years of services, supply chain or related experience

  • Advanced understanding of data reporting and analysis

  • Advanced understanding of judgement and decision making

  • Advanced negotiation acumen

  • Expert written, verbal and presentation-related communication skills


Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • 6 years of experience in project management

  • 6 years of experience in financial management

  • Third-party vendor management experience

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
