Job Description:

1. State overall purpose of this position: May assist in such areas as creating/updating documentation, filing, project maintenance, scheduling, and other tasks as outlined by department requirements:

2. List major activities, which must be performed to carry out the purpose of the position as described above:

• Schedulingmeetings.

• Communicating with other departments to gather/exchange/provide information.

• Update and log Facilities/Production compliance documents.

• Maintain 3rd party compliance tools (ComplianceMap and SharePoint).

• Environmental Health & Safety inspections (light duty).

• Project maintenance. Updating project plans and engineering software (JIRA).

• Collecting production data and creating reports. • Other duties as assigned by management.

1. Specific knowledge, training or skills required to perform the duties of this position. Identify specific concepts, courses, training programs or required certifications.

• Excellent oral/written communication.

• Interpret job orders.

• Ability to listen effectively.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Flexibility with work schedule.

• Must be able to lift a minimum 30lbs unassisted.

• Experience with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
