Technical Support Senior Advisor- Evernorth Health Services at Cigna in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

The mission of the Specialized Technologies and Services (STS) organization is to provide desktop support to our colleagues throughout the United States across both physical offices and a remote workforce while delivering the best possible experience to our colleagues. We are looking for a Program Coordinator for the new Colleague Enrichment Training Program, a Level 0 support program focused on delivering support through educational opportunities, to join the Specialized Technologies and Services team. The Technical Support Senior Advisor will act as a point of contact, communicating with various enterprise business units to establish course scheduling. You will also coordinate with the Cigna University program for training program coordination. This position will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service and should possess advanced communication and organizational skills.

Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide program-level updates to organizational leaders


• Establish course scheduling in coordination with organizational needs


• Oversight of program communications channels


• Programming, scheduling, and attendance information coordination with Cigna University.

Qualifications:

• Hight School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Demonstrated organizational skills


• Experience in using Customer service mindfulness


• Experience working in a team environment.


• Strong knowledge of the following software suites:

• Experience in analyze problems and using sound judgement to determine solutions

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 104,200 - 173,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
