Full-Time
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: M-F 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Description
Transfer materials, supplies, or products between work areas, using moving equipment or hand tools. Mix or blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times. Add or mix chemicals or ingredients for processing, using hand tools or other devices.
What you will do:
Mixing and blending dry/liquid fertilizer & calculate blend sheets
Handle all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing of dry/liquid fertilizer
Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards
Competent operation of all dry/liquid plant systems
Measure bulk tanks, loading and offloading bulk tanks
Maintain and accounts for inventory
Engage in Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment
Other duties as assigned
Must be open to performing various tasks as needed
Experience & Requirements
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record of delivering on commitments
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer skills required
Good attendance required
Needs to have previous warehouse experience and be okay with dirty environments.
