DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Aerospace Component Manufacturer out of the Tallahassee, FL area. They are looking to bring on a new Manufacturing Engineer.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
Formulate efficient manufacturing process plans in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams, outlining the sequence, techniques, equipment, tooling, and specifications essential for product fabrication.
Design, develop, document, analyze, write, and test CNC programs to manufacture high-quality parts within the specified schedule and at minimum cost.
Develop repair plans for customer returns (RMRs) and MRB products.
Prepare cost estimates for products, tooling, equipment, and processes to enhance pricing and production efficiency.
Investigate and analyze tools, processes, and equipment to reduce manufacturing costs.
Analyze and interpret customer blueprints' data to determine optimal approaches for manufacturing and inspection.
Manufacturing Engineer Preferred Skills:
Ability to read blueprints, sketches, drawings, configurations, and other documents to fulfill customer requirements.
Professional interaction with both external and internal customers.
Advanced mathematical knowledge relevant to job requirements.
Required Skills:
Education: 4 Year Engineering Degree Required
1-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Environment
