Summary of Responsibility:

The Sales Coordinator Intern role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to make an impact. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and Sales Development. Lack of industry knowledge is not a problem! What matter is your eagerness and desire to be successful, as we will teach you the necessary skills.

This position is Onsite - Not Remote or Hybrid

What You Will Contribute:


  • The Sales Coordinator Intern will learn what a Sales Development division and Marketing team contributes to the outside sales team. You will enter and develop quality sales pipeline for the outside sales team.
  • Send qualified leads to outside sales team.
  • Research and pre-qualify potential new leads.
  • Assist in follow up on aging leads.
  • Identify key decision makers and update database list of contacts.
  • Build reports in Salesforce to assist Sales Development Team and others.
  • Update accounts in Salesforce and create new ones as needed.
  • Work with Head of Marketing and Sales Development to improve process.

    • Currently enrolled in a 4-year college program.

    • 0-2 years professional experience (prior sales experience is not required, although preferred)
