Job Summary
Assists with daily operations and management of the bill only program. Assists both internal and external customers with bill only requests, replenishment orders and preparing bills to invoice. Assist with the IPS Bill Only Department as needed.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Assists with data entry of bill onlys including IPS orders.
Restocks product for bill onlys.
Prepares approved bill onlys for invoicing.
Resolves discrepancies on bill onlys.
Use of SAP for bill only transactions and requirements.
Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives
Assures Bill Only areas are kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner
Maintains strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year customer service experience preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Use of SAP preferred but not required
Must maintain a safe working environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team member.
Adhere and support KLS Martin's quality and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.
