The primary purpose of the Customer Implementation Project Manager role is to support and oversee the overall functions of the Customer Implementation Team. This position requires excellent attention to detail, timeliness, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the daily functions and workflow of the Customer Implementation Team
  • Manages projects and tracks progress as assigned
  • Develops and maintains information storage system/archives
  • Completes system invoice voids and makes adjustments to settings, rates and pay when necessary
  • Works with internal and external customers as needed to review and implement customer directives ensuring the company’s ability to accommodate customer needs
  • Develops QA program for CIT and oversees QA performed at regular intervals
  • Serves as a liaison to the Sales team when setting up new customers
  • Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of an AA degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience in Alarisware preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and flexibility in work hours.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of proprietary company software, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to establish interpersonal relationships in a virtual work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication.
  • The ability to operate a personal computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • The ability to gather, synthesize and communicate information (verbally and in writing).
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
