Starting Rate: $21.50/hr

Base Hours: 1 st Shift, 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday Location: 2700 N. Richardt Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46219

As Case Pick Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Communicating goals and deadlines to team members.
• Planning workloads and delegating tasks.
• Ensuring daily pick workload tasks are completed.
• Organizing work for smooth operations.
• Assuring that established policies, rules, and procedures are followed.
• Train and integrate new workers.
• Maintain pick accuracy and pallet safety.

• Personally responsible for accurately completing work in a timely manner.
• Positive attitude and strong work energy.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Leadership and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
• Acting proactively to prepare for potential problems and opportunities.
• Ability to lift 50lbs throughout shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Log Pro, preferred.

• Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school OR
• High School diploma and 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will also we considered.
• Previous case pick experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Previous warehouse equipment experience.
