Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Data Analyst to support one of our clients in Virginia. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Required Skills:
Minimum of two years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst
Must be proficient with SQL and Python for querying and structuring necessary data.
Previous experience creating data visualizations using Tableau.
Background in Risk or Audit Management financial data
Strong communication skills for client and interacting with leadership with the ability to communicate effectively with Technical and Non-Technical personnel.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regulatory requirements
Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports using Tableau
Review and optimize SQL queries for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and reliability
Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Partner with the business to provide consultancy and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
