IntelliSource invites you to join our partners team as the Operations Manager and lead our operations in the Kansas City market. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and account management skills, solid operational experience with a history of progressive responsibility, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

• Management of general yard operations


• Responsible for recruitment, management and retention of driver and dispatch teams


• Work closely with customer management teams to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements


• Prepare and participate in customer QBR's and KPI's


• Implement customer and driver retention programs


• Work attentively to ensure 100% compliance with DOT and NTA requirements


• Assist with driver and safety bonus programs


• Assist with driver onboarding, scheduling and staffing

Required Experience:

• Previous Management experience - preferable in the transportation industry- at least 3 years


• 3+ years of direct customer or account management experience


• Familiar with DOT regulations


• FMSCA regulations and safety practices


• Exceptional communication, organization and listening skills


• Ability to multitask


• Fast learner and self starter


• Computer proficient


• Strong organizational ability


• Ability to remain professional under pressure
