Volt is immediately hiring a Operations Supervisor in Bakersfield, CA!

As an Operations Supervisor you will:

• Manage all internal field staff and temps (there will be about 6 Sierra FTEs and a variable number of temps, during summer could be as high as 20 temps)
• Lead the team with a safety-first mentality
• Manage company fleet that includes (2) box delivery trucks, 1 delivery van, and 2 forklifts.
• Work with warehouse lead and scheduler to receive deliveries into the warehouse from manufacturers.
• Process improvement in warehouse operations
• Travel 10% depending on season

Operations Supervisor candidates must meet the following Requirements:

• 5 Years experience in Warehouse
• Supervisory Experience
• Have great Verbal and written communication
• Ability to pass all Pre-Employment Screening Requirements

This is a Full time Temp to Hire Opportunity

The Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00 pm

Pay for this position is $60,000-$95,000 DOE
